As VA/Admin support, my role was focused on Discord for new members in giving access to their programs and updating data of the leads, email domain, and campaign status tracker of the VIP members.

One of skill set that IÂ have is Customer service, as my responsibility is I am efficient and can solve the customer concern in timely manner.
DATA ENTRY AND RESEARCH
I love to do research and data entry is one of easiest skill set I had, this is one of most challenging work for me because by researching you can gain more knowledge, it is just like that I am learning too.
ADMIN SUPPORT
On the other hand, I have skills in Admin support, this is most things I do since I love creating data that can make the report simpler. It is also challenging work for me because it tests my ability in overcoming a challenge and creativity.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Aside form customer service I gave also technical support to my customers if needed. Since I studied Computer Science I have a knowledge on Technical support.
